1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of jindhamma.com, including its forms, content, tattoo services, product purchases, and related communications.

By using this website, submitting a form, requesting an appointment, or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit information through it.

2. Studio Information and Related Policies

JINDHAMMA Tattoo Studio (“JINDHAMMA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a private, appointment-only tattoo studio in Mill Creek, Washington, owned and operated by tattoo artist Sasin Jindhamma.

JINDHAMMA specializes in minimal black ink tattoos and does not offer color tattoos, cover-ups, or corrections of work performed by another artist.

Touch-Up Policy
Preparation and Aftercare instructions
Product-specific terms or return policies

If these Terms and a more specific JINDHAMMA policy address the same subject differently, the more specific policy will govern that subject to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms do not replace the Tattoo Consent Form or any separate consent required by law.

3. Eligibility and Accurate Information

You must be at least 18 years old to request or receive tattoo services from JINDHAMMA.

A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID is required before tattooing. Parental or guardian consent does not permit tattooing of a minor.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting a form or communicating with JINDHAMMA.

You must notify JINDHAMMA if relevant information changes before your appointment, including information concerning your:

Contact details
Tattoo request, placement, or design
Health or skin condition
Medications
Allergies or sensitivities
Pregnancy or breastfeeding status
Ability to safely receive tattoo services

False, incomplete, or misleading information may result in a request being declined or an appointment being postponed or cancelled.

4. Permitted Website Use

You may use this website only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.

You must not:

Provide false, misleading, or impersonated information
Use the website for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or related systems
Interfere with the website’s operation, availability, or security
Introduce viruses, malicious code, or other harmful material
Collect website information through unauthorized automated means
Copy or commercially use JINDHAMMA content without permission
Use JINDHAMMA’s name, artwork, photographs, designs, or branding in a way that suggests an unauthorized affiliation or endorsement

5. Tattoo Requests and Appointment Confirmation

All tattoo sessions are by appointment only. Walk-ins are not available.

Booking begins by submitting the Tattoo Request Form. Submitting a request, sending a message, discussing a design, or receiving a response does not guarantee acceptance or reserve an appointment.

Requests may be reviewed based on:

Style and scope
Design direction
Placement and size
Estimated appointment time
Availability
Skin readiness
Health and safety considerations

JINDHAMMA may accept, decline, postpone, or request reasonable changes to a tattoo request.

An appointment is confirmed only after:

The request has been accepted;
A date and time have been arranged;
Written appointment confirmation has been provided by JINDHAMMA.

6. Pricing and Payments

Tattoo services currently begin at $200, before applicable sales tax.

Final pricing depends on the design, size, placement, complexity, scope, and estimated appointment time. Pricing for your request will be communicated before the service is provided.

The full balance is due at the end of the tattoo session. Major credit and debit cards are accepted.

JINDHAMMA may update prices or accepted payment methods for future appointments. Changes will not be applied to an already confirmed appointment without notice.

7. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Late Arrivals

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

With at least 48 hours’ notice, an appointment may be rescheduled once, subject to availability. Additional rescheduling requests may require a new Tattoo Request Form and review.

Late cancellations, late rescheduling, failure to attend, or arriving too late to complete the scheduled service may affect the acceptance of future appointment requests.

If JINDHAMMA needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, an alternative date will be offered.

Health or safety circumstances may be considered individually at JINDHAMMA’s discretion. Additional requirements are provided in the Studio Policies.

8. Designs and Revisions

Tattoo designs are created according to the accepted request, agreed direction, and JINDHAMMA style.

One round of minor design adjustments may be included. Revision requests must be submitted within the timeframe provided by JINDHAMMA.

Major changes to the concept, design, size, or placement may require:

Additional review
A pricing adjustment
A different appointment length
Rescheduling

Major changes may not be accommodated on the appointment day.

The client must review and approve the final placement, size, orientation, and stencil before tattooing begins.

JINDHAMMA will not reproduce another artist’s work or a reference image exactly.

9. Client Responsibilities and Studio Safety

You agree to follow the Preparation and Aftercare instructions provided by JINDHAMMA.

Please arrive prepared, properly nourished, hydrated, and free from alcohol or recreational drugs.

JINDHAMMA may decline, pause, postpone, or stop a service when reasonably necessary because of:

Health or skin concerns
Inability to provide informed consent
Intoxication or impairment
Unsafe conditions
Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct
A request outside JINDHAMMA’s style or professional scope
Inaccurate or withheld information
Failure to follow studio requirements

These decisions may be made to protect the client, artist, studio, or quality of the work.

10. Tattoo Consent and Results

Tattooing is a permanent procedure and involves risks that will be explained in the Tattoo Consent Form.

You must review and sign the applicable consent documentation before tattooing.

Healing and final appearance may vary based on factors including skin, placement, lifestyle, aftercare, sun exposure, friction, and individual healing response.

JINDHAMMA cannot guarantee an identical healing result for every client.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original content—including text, tattoo designs, artwork, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, and page layouts—are owned by or licensed to JINDHAMMA and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view website content for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, license, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from JINDHAMMA content without prior written permission.

Original tattoo designs created by JINDHAMMA remain the intellectual property of JINDHAMMA unless otherwise agreed in writing.

A client may wear an approved design as their tattoo and share photographs of their completed tattoo for personal, non-commercial purposes. The design may not be sold, used on merchandise, reproduced by another tattoo artist, or otherwise commercially used without written permission.

Reference images belonging to another artist or copyright owner may be used only to communicate inspiration or general direction.

12. Photography

Photography preferences are selected separately through the applicable consent documentation.

Available choices may include:

Public portfolio and promotional use
Private studio records only
No photography

Declining public photography will not affect your eligibility for tattoo services.

Public use requires separate permission. Unless otherwise agreed, JINDHAMMA will not intentionally identify the client by name or include the client’s face or other identifying details in publicly used tattoo photographs.

13. Touch-Ups

One complimentary touch-up may be considered when appropriate after the tattoo has sufficiently healed.

Complimentary touch-ups are intended only for minor refinements to the original tattoo. They do not include:

Design changes
New elements
Expansions
Redesigns
Size changes
Work outside the original tattoo

Requests must be submitted within the timeframe stated in the Touch-Up Policy, generally within 8 weeks of the original appointment.

Eligibility is determined after evaluation of the healed tattoo. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a complimentary touch-up is necessary or approved.

Additional or non-eligible work may require a new appointment and additional charges.

14. Guests and Studio Conduct

One guest may accompany you to your appointment.

While tattooing is in progress, the guest must remain in the waiting area immediately outside the tattoo room unless otherwise permitted.

Clients and guests must follow studio instructions and behave respectfully. Disruptive, unsafe, threatening, or inappropriate conduct may result in the appointment being ended.

15. Products and Purchases

JINDHAMMA may offer tattoo-care and personal-care products through the website.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product descriptions, ingredients, sizes, directions, cautions, and prices. Handcrafted products may vary slightly in appearance, shape, color, weight, or other natural characteristics.

Product availability and pricing may change before an order is completed. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown where required.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. JINDHAMMA may cancel or refund an order when a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, affected by an error, or cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

Products must be used only as directed. Individual skin responses and results may vary.

16. Product Returns and Order Issues

Unless otherwise stated in a product-specific policy, personal-care product sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange for change of mind.

This does not limit any right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to defective or incorrectly supplied products.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact ink@jindhamma.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order information and clear photographs showing the issue. JINDHAMMA will review the information and provide an appropriate resolution.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

17. User Submissions

You may submit materials including tattoo descriptions, placement photographs, reference images, health and safety information, touch-up photographs, and order-related information.

You retain any rights you hold in your submitted materials.

By submitting materials, you give JINDHAMMA limited permission to access, store, review, and use them only as reasonably necessary to:

Review and respond to your request
Communicate with you
Evaluate placement and design direction
Prepare for and provide services
Evaluate a touch-up request
Address an order or product issue
Maintain required business and client records
Meet legal or regulatory obligations

This limited permission does not authorize public promotional use of client photographs. Public use requires separate permission.

You must not submit materials that you do not have the legal right to share.

18. Health Information and Medical Disclaimer

Preparation, aftercare, healing, product, and other health-related information provided through the website is for general informational purposes only.

It is not medical advice and does not replace diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

If you have a medical condition, take medication, have allergies or sensitivities, have concerns about your skin, or are uncertain whether tattooing or a product is appropriate for you, consult a healthcare professional.

Seek prompt medical care if you experience signs of infection, a serious allergic reaction, or another significant medical concern.

JINDHAMMA does not diagnose medical conditions or provide medical treatment.

19. Privacy and Consumer Health Data

General personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy.

Consumer health data is handled according to the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

These privacy policies are notices and do not replace consent.

Where affirmative consent for the collection, use, or sharing of consumer health data is required, it will be requested separately. Accepting these Terms does not constitute consent to consumer health data practices requiring separate consent.

20. Communications

When you submit a request, form, purchase, or contact information, you authorize JINDHAMMA to communicate with you as reasonably necessary regarding your request, appointment, design, payment, preparation, aftercare, touch-up, purchase, or order issue.

Submitting a form or making a purchase does not automatically enroll you in promotional marketing.

21. Website Availability and Third-Party Services

JINDHAMMA makes reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. However, content may occasionally contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or technical issues.

The website may be updated, interrupted, suspended, or temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party services, or circumstances outside JINDHAMMA’s reasonable control.

The website may contain links to or use services provided by third parties, including website hosting, payment, email, shipping, maps, and social media providers.

JINDHAMMA does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their independent content, availability, privacy practices, security, or terms.

22. Limitation of Website Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JINDHAMMA will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from:

Accessing or using the website
Inability to access the website
Reliance on general website information
Website interruptions or technical errors
Third-party websites or services
Security incidents outside JINDHAMMA’s reasonable control

This limitation applies to website use. It does not replace the Tattoo Consent Form or govern informed consent for the tattoo procedure.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any responsibility or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

23. Changes to These Terms

JINDHAMMA may update these Terms when its website, services, products, policies, business practices, or legal obligations change.

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Last updated date and will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.

24. Governing Law and Severability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without limiting any consumer right that applies under applicable law.

Any dispute relating to these Terms will be handled in an appropriate court with jurisdiction in Washington, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
