You must be at least 18 years old to request tattoo services through the Site. If you are under 18, you may not submit requests, forms, or deposits.

  • Attempt to access, interfere with, damage, or disrupt the Site, servers, or networks.

  • Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, spam, or harmful content.

We may suspend or block access if we believe you violated these Terms.

 

4) Booking Requests, Deposits, and Studio Policies

The Site may allow you to submit inquiries, booking requests, or deposits. Any booking or deposit is also subject to our Studio Policies, including deposit rules, rescheduling/cancellation terms, and late/no-show policies (as posted on the Site).

Important: Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment. Appointments are confirmed only when we explicitly confirm in writing (email or other stated method).

Any information on the Site (including aftercare content) is for general educational purposes only and is not medical advice. Tattoos involve skin trauma and healing varies by person.

Tattoo Design Notice (Important):
Custom tattoo designs, drafts, and concept art created by JINDHAMMA remain our intellectual property unless agreed otherwise in writing. This helps protect original artwork and prevents unauthorized copying.

 

8) User Submissions (Forms, Messages, Photos)

If you submit any content (e.g., reference images, messages, photos, placement pictures, or ideas) through the Site:

  • You confirm you have the right to share it.

  • You grant us permission to use it to communicate with you and evaluate your request (e.g., for consultation/booking).

We do not claim ownership of your personal photos, but you agree we may store and use them for the purpose you submitted them.
