5. Tattoo Requests and Appointments
All tattoo sessions at JINDHAMMA are by appointment only. Walk-ins are not available.
Booking begins with submission of a Tattoo Request Form.
Submitting a Tattoo Request Form, sending a message, discussing a design, or receiving a response does not guarantee acceptance and does not reserve an appointment.
Requests may be evaluated based on factors including:

JINDHAMMA may accept, decline, postpone, or request changes to a tattoo request when reasonably necessary.

6. Pricing, Booking Deposits, and Payments
Tattoo services at JINDHAMMA currently begin at $200, plus applicable taxes.
Website pricing is provided to help you understand the general cost and scope of services.
Final pricing may depend on factors including:

Appointment length

Scope of work
Pricing applicable to your request will be communicated before the tattoo service is provided.
Booking Deposit
A $50 booking deposit is required to confirm a tattoo appointment.
The booking deposit:

Is applied toward the final cost of the tattoo

Is not an additional charge
-
Is subject to the cancellation and rescheduling terms described in the Studio Policies
Booking deposits are generally non-refundable.
A deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment when permitted under the Studio Policies.
If JINDHAMMA cancels an appointment and an appropriate alternative appointment cannot be arranged, the applicable booking deposit will be refunded.
JINDHAMMA may update prices or deposit requirements for future bookings. Changes will not be applied to a confirmed appointment without notice.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling requirements are described in the Studio Policies.
Clients are generally asked to provide at least 48 hours’ notice when rescheduling an appointment.
Late cancellations, late rescheduling, or failure to attend an appointment may result in forfeiture of the booking deposit.
Health or safety circumstances may be considered separately at JINDHAMMA’s discretion.
Please review the Studio Policies before confirming your appointment.
8. Designs and Appointment-Day Changes
Tattoo designs are created or selected according to the agreed design direction and the JINDHAMMA style.
One round of minor design adjustments may be included as described in the Studio Policies.
Revision requests should be submitted within the timeframe stated in the Studio Policies.
Major changes to the design, concept, size, or placement may not be accommodated on the appointment day.

JINDHAMMA is not obligated to reproduce a reference image exactly or copy another artist’s work.
9. Touch-Ups
Complimentary touch-ups are subject to JINDHAMMA’s Touch-Up Policy.
One complimentary touch-up may be considered when appropriate after the tattoo has fully healed.
Touch-ups are intended for minor refinements to the original tattoo and are not intended for:

Touch-up eligibility is determined after evaluation of the healed tattoo.
Requests must be submitted within the timeframe stated in the Touch-Up Policy.
Submitting a Touch-Up Form does not guarantee that a touch-up is necessary or eligible for complimentary service.
Additional or non-eligible work may require a new appointment and additional charges.
10. Products and Purchases
JINDHAMMA may offer tattoo care or personal care products through the website, including products such as tattoo balm and handcrafted soap.
