Welcome to JINDHAMMA (“JINDHAMMA,” “I,” “me,” or “my”).
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of jindhamma.com (the “Site”), including any content, features, booking or inquiry forms, and services offered through the Site.

 

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

 

If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to request tattoo services through the Site.
If you are under 18, you may not submit booking requests, inquiry forms, or deposits.

 

3) Site Use and Acceptable Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to access, interfere with, damage, or disrupt the Site, servers, or networks

  • Upload or transmit viruses, malicious code, spam, or harmful content

  • Misrepresent your identity, age, or contact information

  • Copy, scrape, or harvest content from the Site without permission

I reserve the right to suspend or block access if I believe these Terms have been violated.

 

4) Booking Requests, Deposits, and Studio Policies

The Site may allow you to submit inquiries, booking requests, or deposits.
All bookings and deposits are also subject to my Studio Policies, including deposit requirements, rescheduling or cancellation terms, and late or no-show policies, as posted on the Site.

 

Important:
Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment.
Appointments are confirmed only when I provide written confirmation (by email or another stated method).

 

5) Informational Content Only (No Medical Advice)

All information on the Site, including preparation and aftercare content, is provided for general educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

 

Tattooing involves controlled skin trauma, and healing varies from person to person.

 

If you have medical concerns (including signs of infection, allergic reaction, severe swelling, fever, or worsening pain), please contact a licensed healthcare provider promptly.

 

6) Accuracy of Information

I make reasonable efforts to keep Site information accurate and up to date.
However, I do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free.

 

I may update, change, or remove content at any time without notice.

 

7) Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including designs, drawings, flash, images, logos, text, and branding—is owned by JINDHAMMA or used with permission and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

 

You may view and share Site pages for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not reproduce, sell, publish, modify, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission.

 

Tattoo Design Notice (Important):
Custom tattoo designs, drafts, and concept artwork created by me remain my intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. This protects original artwork and prevents unauthorized copying.

 

8) User Submissions (Forms, Messages, Photos)

If you submit content through the Site (including reference images, messages, photos, or placement images):

  • You confirm you have the right to share the content

  • You grant me permission to use it to communicate with you and evaluate your request (e.g., consultation or booking)

  • Personal data is handled according to my Privacy Policy

I do not claim ownership of your personal images, but you agree that I may store and use them for the purpose for which they were submitted.
