1. Appointment Policy

All tattoo sessions at JINDHAMMA are by appointment only.

  • Walk-ins are not available

  • Booking begins through a Tattoo Request Form

  • Appointments are confirmed after approval

  • Not all requests may be accepted

Each appointment is carefully selected to align with the studio’s style and approach.

 

2. Eligibility

To receive a tattoo, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older

  • Present a valid government-issued photo ID

  • Be physically and mentally fit for tattooing

I reserve the right to refuse service if these conditions are not met.

 

3. Booking & Payment

No deposit is required.

  • Payment is made in full at the end of your session

  • Appointments are reserved with care and intention

Please provide notice if your plans change.

Missed appointments may affect future booking availability.

 

4. Rescheduling

I understand that plans may change.

  • Rescheduling is allowed with advance notice

  • Repeated changes may affect future booking approval

 

5. Cancellation & No-Show

  • Please notify as early as possible if you need to cancel

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced session time or cancellation

  • Repeated no-shows may limit future booking availability

 

6. Pricing

Pricing depends on:

  • Size

  • Placement

  • Detail

  • Skin condition

Final pricing is confirmed after reviewing your request.

 

7. Design Policy

All designs are created in the Jindhamma style.

  • Design previews are typically shown on the day of your appointment

  • Minor adjustments are allowed

  • Major changes may require rescheduling

All artwork remains the intellectual property of JINDHAMMA

 

8. Health & Safety

Your safety is a priority.

Do not book if you:

  • Are sick (fever, flu, cough)

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding

  • Have irritation or injury in the tattoo area

  • Are under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Alcohol & Medications

  • Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your appointment

  • Do not stop prescribed medications without medical advice

  • Inform me of any medical conditions or medications

 

9. Studio Environment

This is a quiet, private space designed for focused work.

  • No guests allowed in the tattoo room

  • Guests may wait in designated common areas

  • No smoking or vaping

  • No pets (service animals permitted by law)

 

10. During Your Appointment

  • Please arrive on time

  • Eat before your session

  • Stay hydrated

  • Wear appropriate clothing

Breaks are always allowed when needed.

 

11. Photography & Recording

  • No filming or recording during sessions

  • Photos may be taken after completion with permission

  • I may photograph your tattoo for portfolio use

 

12. Aftercare Responsibility

You are responsible for proper aftercare.

  • Detailed instructions will be provided

  • Healing results depend on your care

Touch-ups are not guaranteed for tattoos that heal improperly.

 

13. Touch-Ups

One complimentary touch-up may be offered within a reasonable time frame.

This may not apply to:

  • Finger tattoos

  • Fine line fading due to skin type

  • Improper aftercare

 

14. Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to refuse service at any time, including for:

  • Health or safety concerns

  • Requests outside the studio style

  • Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior

 

15. Liability

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that:

  • You understand the tattoo process and associated risks

  • You have disclosed relevant medical information

  • You release JINDHAMMA Ink from liability related to the procedure
