Cancellations
Booking deposits are non-refundable.
If you cancel rather than reschedule, the booking deposit will not be refunded except where otherwise required by law or when JINDHAMMA cancels and an alternative appointment cannot be arranged.
No-Shows
Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of the booking deposit.
A new booking deposit will be required before another appointment can be confirmed.
Frequent rescheduling, repeated cancellations, or missed appointments may affect future booking availability.
Health & Safety Exception
If you become ill or develop a health or skin condition that may make tattooing unsafe, please contact JINDHAMMA as soon as possible.
In these circumstances, the 48-hour notice requirement may be waived at JINDHAMMA’s discretion, and your booking deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment.
Please do not attend your appointment if you are unwell or if the tattoo area is irritated, injured, infected, sunburned, or otherwise unsuitable for tattooing.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time.
Depending on the remaining appointment time, a late arrival may result in:
-
Reduced session time
-
A simplified scope of work with your approval
-
Rescheduling the appointment
Any adjustment will be based on the time available and whether the tattoo can still be completed safely and properly.

11. Aftercare Responsibility
Complete Aftercare instructions will be provided and made available to you.
You are responsible for following the instructions and contacting JINDHAMMA if you have non-medical questions during healing.
Healing varies between individuals. Skin characteristics, placement, lifestyle, sun exposure, friction, and aftercare may affect the healed appearance. An exact healed result cannot be guaranteed.
If you experience signs of infection, a serious allergic reaction, or another medical concern, promptly contact a qualified healthcare professional.
JINDHAMMA does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
12. Touch-Ups
One complimentary touch-up may be considered per tattoo when minor refinement is appropriate.
Touch-ups are evaluated only after the tattoo has fully healed, typically 6–8 weeks after the original appointment.
To remain eligible, your Touch-Up Form must be submitted within 8 weeks of your original appointment.
If your tattoo has not fully healed when the request is submitted, evaluation may be postponed until the tattoo is ready for assessment.
If additional healing time is recommended, your request will remain eligible as long as it was submitted within the 8-week period.
What May Be Included
A complimentary touch-up may include:
-
Reinforcing small areas of healed linework
-
Restoring small areas of ink loss
-
Refining minor inconsistencies resulting from normal healing
What Is Not Included
Touch-ups do not include:
-
Design changes or additions
-
Size adjustments or expansions
-
Work extending beyond the original design
-
Work on tattoos altered or tattooed over by another artist
A complimentary touch-up may be declined if:
-
Aftercare instructions were not followed
-
The tattoo was affected by excessive sun exposure, friction, picking, scratching, accidental injury, or other avoidable damage during healing
-
The request was submitted more than 8 weeks after the original appointment
-
The requested work falls outside the original design
Additional or non-eligible work may require a new appointment and standard service fees.
Final touch-up eligibility is determined after the healed tattoo has been evaluated.
Not every tattoo requires a touch-up.
13. Right to Decline, Stop, or Postpone Service
JINDHAMMA may decline, stop, or postpone a request or appointment when reasonably necessary because of:
-
Age or identification requirements
-
Inability to provide informed consent
-
Health or safety concerns
-
Skin that is not ready for tattooing
-
Intoxication or impairment
-
A request outside JINDHAMMA’s style or scope
-
Significant appointment-day design changes
-
Incomplete or inaccurate information
-
Harassing, threatening, abusive, disruptive, or unsafe conduct
-

Decisions will be based on the individual request, actual safety considerations, studio scope, and applicable law—not on assumptions or unlawful discrimination.
Reasonable accessibility accommodations will be considered where required by law.
