1. Appointments and Requests
All tattoo sessions at JINDHAMMA are available by appointment only. Walk-ins are not accepted.
Booking begins through the Tattoo Request Form.
Submitting a request or discussing a tattoo idea does not reserve an appointment. An appointment is confirmed only after your request has been reviewed and you receive written confirmation from JINDHAMMA.
Requests are considered based on:
-
Studio style and scope
-
Design direction
-
Placement and size
-
Appointment availability
-
Health and safety considerations
Not all requests may be accepted.
JINDHAMMA specializes in minimal black ink tattoos and does not offer color tattoos, cover-ups, or corrections of work performed by another artist.
2. Eligibility and Identification
To receive a tattoo, you must:
-
Be at least 18 years old
-
Present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID
-
Be able to understand the procedure and provide voluntary informed consent
-
Complete the required Tattoo Consent Form
-
Arrive able to participate safely in the tattoo procedure
A parent or guardian cannot authorize tattooing for anyone under 18.
Tattooing will not proceed if valid identification cannot be provided.
3. Pricing and Payment
Tattoo services at JINDHAMMA begin at $200, before applicable sales tax.
Pricing is based on:
-
Design
-
Size
-
Placement
-
Complexity
-
Estimated appointment time
Final pricing will be confirmed after your request has been reviewed.
Changes to the design, size, placement, or scope may affect the price and appointment length.
Payment is due at the end of the appointment. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.
4. Rescheduling, Cancellations, and Late Arrivals
Plans may change. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Frequent rescheduling, repeated cancellations, or missed appointments may affect future booking availability.
Please arrive on time. Depending on the remaining appointment time, a late arrival may result in:
-
Reduced session time
-
A simplified scope of work with your approval
-
Rescheduling the appointment
Any adjustment will be based on the time available and whether the tattoo can still be completed safely and properly.
5. Design Policy
Design Requests
Only projects that align with JINDHAMMA’s minimal black ink style and approach will be accepted.
Reference images may be used for inspiration, but JINDHAMMA will not directly reproduce another artist’s tattoo or copyrighted artwork without permission.
Design Adjustments
One complimentary round of minor design adjustments is included before your appointment.
Please request minor changes at least 48 hours before your appointment whenever possible.
Additional revisions may not be accommodated and may require a new appointment date or updated price.
Appointment-Day Changes
Major changes to the design, concept, size, placement, or orientation are not accepted on the appointment day.
If significant changes are requested, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Before tattooing begins, you are responsible for reviewing and approving:
-
Final design
-
Size
-
Placement
-
Orientation
-
Spelling
-
Dates
-
Numbers
-
Symbols
-
Stencil position
Tattooing will not begin until you approve the final design and stencil placement.
Original Artwork
Designs created by JINDHAMMA remain original artwork of JINDHAMMA unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Designs may not be copied, sold, reproduced, or tattooed by another artist without written permission.
6. Health and Skin Readiness
Please provide complete and accurate information about any medical conditions, medications, allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions that may affect tattooing or healing.
JINDHAMMA may request additional information or written medical clearance when there is a health or safety concern.
Do not stop, skip, or adjust prescribed medication for a tattoo appointment unless instructed by your healthcare provider.
Tattooing will be postponed if you:
-
Are pregnant or breastfeeding
-
Have a fever, contagious illness, or active infection
-
Are significantly unwell or recovering from an illness
-
Are under the influence of alcohol, recreational drugs, or another impairing substance
-
Cannot provide informed consent

Have skin that is not suitable for safe tattooing
The tattoo area must be healthy, calm, and fully intact. Tattooing cannot be performed over:
-
Sunburned or peeling skin
-
Open wounds or cuts
-
Active rashes or skin infections
-
Inflamed acne
-
Eczema, dermatitis, or psoriasis flare-ups
-
Unexplained redness, swelling, or irritation
I reserve the right to postpone the appointment if I determine that the skin is not in a suitable condition for safe tattooing or may affect the quality or healing of the tattoo.
7. Alcohol, Medications, and Numbing Products
Do not consume alcohol during the 24 hours before your appointment.
Do not apply numbing cream, gel, spray, or patches unless the specific product has been discussed and approved in advance.
Unapproved numbing products may irritate the skin, change how it responds during tattooing, or require the appointment to be postponed.
Please consult your healthcare provider if you have questions about medications or whether tattooing is appropriate for you. JINDHAMMA does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

9. Studio Environment, Guests, and Accessibility
JINDHAMMA is a quiet, private space designed for focused work.
One guest may accompany you to the appointment. Your guest must remain in the waiting area immediately outside the tattoo room while tattooing is in progress.
The following are not permitted:

10. Photography and Recording
Photography is optional and will not affect your tattoo service.
Your photography preference will be selected on the Tattoo Consent Form:
-
Public portfolio and promotional use
-
Private studio records only
-
No photography
Photographs will not be used publicly without your permission.
Unless separately agreed, publicly used photographs will focus on the tattoo and will not intentionally include your name, face, or other identifying details.
Filming or recording during the tattoo session is not permitted without prior approval.
11. Aftercare Responsibility
Complete Aftercare instructions will be provided and made available to you.
You are responsible for following the instructions and contacting JINDHAMMA if you have non-medical questions during healing.
Healing varies between individuals. Skin characteristics, placement, lifestyle, sun exposure, friction, and aftercare may affect the healed appearance. An exact healed result cannot be guaranteed.
If you experience signs of infection, a serious allergic reaction, or another medical concern, promptly contact a qualified healthcare professional. JINDHAMMA does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
12. Touch-Ups
One complimentary touch-up for minor refinements may be requested between 6 and 8 weeks after the original appointment.
Touch-up requests are subject to evaluation and may require a clear photograph of the fully healed tattoo.
A complimentary touch-up may not apply when additional work is needed because of:
-
Improper aftercare
-
Picking or scratching
-
Significant sun exposure
-
Injury or trauma to the tattoo
-
Changes or additions to the original design
-
Work performed by another tattoo artist
-
Normal aging or fading after the touch-up period
Additional work in these circumstances may require a fee.
Completed tattoo services are non-refundable.
13. Right to Decline or Postpone Service
JINDHAMMA may decline or postpone a request or appointment when necessary because of:
-
Age or identification requirements
-
Inability to provide informed consent
-
Health or safety concerns
-
Skin that is not ready for tattooing
-
Intoxication or impairment
-
A request outside JINDHAMMA’s style or scope
-
Significant appointment-day design changes
-
Harassing, threatening, abusive, or unsafe conduct
-
Failure to follow reasonable health or safety requirements
Decisions will be based on the individual request, actual safety considerations, studio scope, and applicable law—not on assumptions or unlawful discrimination.
Reasonable accessibility accommodations will be considered where required by law.
