Declining photography or public use will not affect your tattoo service.

Unless you provide separate permission, photographs used publicly will focus on the tattoo and will not intentionally include your name, face, or other identifying details.

Photographs provided as part of a Tattoo Request Form, placement assessment, healing evaluation, or Touch-Up Form may be maintained as part of the applicable service record when reasonably necessary.

You may contact JINDHAMMA if you wish to update a photography preference. Changes will apply to future use when reasonably possible but may not affect materials already lawfully published or distributed.

Personal information will be securely deleted or disposed of when it is no longer reasonably necessary to retain it, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Please do not email your Social Security number, complete payment-card number, a copy of your government-issued identification, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Tattoo services are available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

Tattoo Request Forms, Consent Forms, and other tattoo-service forms are not intended for minors.

The website is not directed to children under 13, and JINDHAMMA does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If JINDHAMMA learns that a child under 13 or a minor has submitted information through a tattoo-service form, the information may be deleted unless retention is required by law.
