Your safety begins with stillness and cleanliness.

– At Jindhamma Ink, we follow all tattoo regulations required by Washington State.
– All needles, ink caps, and gloves are single-use.
– All surfaces are cleaned with hospital-grade disinfectant before and after each session.
– If you’re feeling unwell, please kindly reschedule — even a mild cold can affect healing.

Your body’s timing matters.

Some physical or emotional conditions may require you to postpone your tattoo session. Please inform us in advance if any of the following apply:

– You are pregnant or breastfeeding
– You have a weakened immune system

5. Booking & Deposit

– A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment.
– Your deposit will be applied toward the final tattoo cost.
– Every design is created with care and intention — your deposit also supports this preparation process.

6. Rescheduling & Cancellation

– You may reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.
– In case of illness or emergency, please notify as soon as possible — one-time rescheduling is allowed without penalty.
– Multiple reschedules or no-shows may result in deposit loss and future booking restrictions.

7. Late Arrival

– Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.
– The deposit may be forfeited if the session cannot be completed within the remaining time.

8. Before Your Session

– Get enough rest.

9. Aftercare

– Keep the tattoo clean and moisturized.
– Avoid swimming, sauna, and direct sun for 2 weeks.
– Do not scratch or peel the tattoo during healing.
– Follow the artist's aftercare instructions carefully.

10. Design Ownership

– All tattoo designs created by Jindhamma Ink are original and remain the intellectual property of the artist. They are not to be replicated or tattooed by others.

11. Healing Follow-up

You are eligible if:
– You received a tattoo at Jindhamma Ink within the past 2–4 weeks
– You followed your aftercare instructions properly
– You are not experiencing open wounds or infections
– You are not requesting a touch-up or change of design

12. Touch-Up

– A one-time, minimal touch-up may be offered within 8 weeks after your original tattoo, at the artist’s discretion.
– This is only available for work that healed unevenly despite proper aftercare.
– Touch-ups do not apply if the tattoo was damaged by scratching, sun exposure, improper care, or if the client changes their mind.
– All touch-ups must be discussed after a Healing Follow-up Session. They are not guaranteed and not available for new design changes.

13. Studio Environment

– To honor the meditative space, please come alone — no guests (including children) are allowed during the session.
– Smoking is not permitted on studio premises.
– Photography or video recording inside the studio is not allowed unless approved in advance.
– For safety and hygiene, please do not bring pets into the studio.
– Please silence your phone and refrain from taking calls during the session.

14. Photography & Social Media

– We may document your tattoo process for our portfolio and social media. If you prefer to keep your tattoo private, please let us know in advance.

15. Artistic Integrity & Studio Values

– Jindhamma Ink reserves the right to decline any design or placement that does not align with the studio’s values.
